- Upon arrival at Paro Airport, one of our Bhutan representatives will hell you with transfers to Thimphu
- Spend the evening at leisure, so you could perhaps do some shopping or take some photos of the region’s immense natural surroundings

- After breakfast, check-out from the hotel
- Visit the National Memorial Chorten, then Tashichho Dzong, a Buddhist monastery set on the banks of the Wang Chhu River.
- Later, explore the Buddha Point and the Changangkha Lhakhang Monastery
- Later, proceed to the Motithang Takin Preserve, Drubthob Goemba Monastery, the National Institute for Zorig Chusum, the National Textile Museum and the Zangto Pelri Lhakhang temple
- Overnight stay in Thimphu
- After breakfast, drive to Punakha/Wangdi town
- En route, drive over the scenic Dochula Pass which features jaw-dropping views of the mountains
- On arrival, visit the historic Punakha Dzong, a Buddhist monastery where all Bhutanese kings were crowned
- If time allows, you can stop at the Suspension Bridge, one of Bhutan’s longest suspension bridges
- Finally, proceed to the Thai-style Chimi Lhakhang Monastery
- Overnight stay in Wangdi
- Option 1: After breakfast, you have the opportunity to visit the lush Punakha Valley
- You can even opt for an adrenaline-pumping river rafting adventure on the Punakha Rive
- After this tour, return to the hotel

- Option 2: Enjoy a full-day excursion of the Gangtey Valley and Phobjikha Valley (3-3½ hrs one way) which boasts plenty of spectacular natural wonders
- Visit the Black Necked Crane Information Centre to learn about black-necked cranes which migrate from Tibet to Bhutan every year
- Later, step inside the Gangtey Goempa Monastery
- Overnight stay in Wangdi
- Post breakfast, visit the valley town of Paro on day 5 which is home to a plethora of ancient temples, monasteries and alluring museums
- En route, stop at Lamperi to visit the Royal Botanical Park, which is home to several exotic plants, trees and bird species
- Upon arrival, check-in to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure
- Overnight stay in Paro
- Option 1: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel
- Start your sightseeing tour at the Drukgyel Dzong, a fortress and Buddhist monastery
- Afterwards, explore the National Museum of Bhutan which displays a rare collection of Bhutanese artefacts and paintings (please note that this museum is closed on weekends)
- Later, visit the Rinpung Dzong monastery and the Kyichu Lhakhang monastery
- Overnight stay in Paro
- Option 2: Prepare to wake early and get ready to hike through gorgeous pine forests (2/3 hrs) to the Taktsang Lhakhang aka the Tiger's Nest Monastery, Bhutan’s most iconic heritage site, built-in 1692 on a 900m high cliff
- After returning to your hotel, the afternoon will be at leisure
- You can choose to explore local markets
