About the host
Disha and Sambit are the co-founders of The Doi Host – a travel initiative whereby they take travellers to remote places in the Himalayas. Four years ago, they started with the vision to design curated travel experiences that follow a more responsible approach. They run road trips through little-known locations in the hill states of Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Meghalaya and Sikkim.
In 2020, they also started Doi Homestay in Nathuakhan, Uttarakhand. Currently, they are spending time at the homestay hosting guests on long-term vacations.
You can find Disha and Sambit on Instagram as ‘thedoihost’.
