Hi Mohamed, here are some hidden gems of Venice - The Arsenale, Ponte de Chiodo, Burano Island, Cannaregio Canal, Chiesa di San Zaccaria and Palazzo Mocenigo.

Wow, a week in venice is actually quite a lot... you can pretty much cover most things in Venice itself in 2-3 days. Also keep in mind that it's a much more expensive city than the rest of Italy (Rome etc.)
Since you have so many days, make sure you cover nearby islands like Burano & Murano - they're beautiful and much less crowded.
