Yes,it is good option if you are travelling with family otherwise it would be to much tiring from them. Also depends on from where are u travelling.

If family visit first day morning in mathura Dwarkadheesh and Vishram ghat at 4:30 Janambhumi then to Vrindavan night prem mandir next day morning Banke bihari,nidhivan and radha raman in evening isckon if time allow visit barsana

I suggest to visit dwarkadhish temple mathura early morning and head toward vrindavan ok first day visit bankey bihari temple, Radha Vallabh temple after that take your family to lunch as the temples in Vrindavan closes at 12 and reopen at 5 so you have 5 hrs to explore the market go to ghat and ine evening explore nidhi vaan, Radha damodar temple, iskon, Prem mandir ( go to Prem mandir at 6:45 to enjoy the music fountain which starts at 7) second day you can visit mata mandir, garud dwar temple then enjoy your lunch
