400 credits were added to my account in first week of November and they were removed 2 days after. Not sure what went wrong. Trying to connect at info@tripoto.com but no response yet.

Same issue happened with me. When I mailed them they replied to me that it was a technical issue and credits will be credited back. But still nothing happened till now

Hi Ajita, Please make sure that they haven't replied in working days. Saturday, sunday is off and public holidays are also off for them. Try contacting them, this is the only way, you can know the exact reason. Happy Travelling! Thanks, Yasmin
