Hello Rahul, So many are there , you can search on tripoto & also in internet also, as of my suggestion go to "Rishikesh" already rishikesh deal is going on tripoto, im also planning in the march 1st week
As per my experience, I found jibhi and tirthan valley are unexplored places and with spectacular views so if you are looking for the peaceful environment then jibhi and tirthan is highly recommended. Advice- Please, please it's a kind of humble request, do not throw plastic or any kind of waste on the mountains and I would recommend not to even carry plastics to such untouched and beautiful places. hampi(karnataka)
ajanta & ellora caves (maharastra)
varnasi, sanchi(up). if you like justtake himachel pradesh bus from chandigarh to manali.. its a cheapest mode..and it will refreash our brain.. all are means on cheapest
(all places from experience) if you go for coldest places the price will be increasing according to the thigs you have to bye. to use gears in the cold places.. or the accomdation will be slighty costly than we think..
Hi Rahul, there are many places in north as you ask,. If you want cheap and best it depends on your selection of hotel,your bargaining skills,your mode of travel,if you travel on bike can save more money. Here are some calm places in north: 1. Triund , 3 hours trek from mcleodganj(Dharmsala)

3. Patnitop 50 km from Udhampur(Jammu)
4. Naddi 3 km from mcleodganj
5. Malana near Parvati velly
6. Vashisht 3km from Manali
7. Samra 65 km from Chamba
Nainital, mussorie, dehradun...
U can say whole uttarakhand cozz 7t is so beautiful.... Where in the air there is another kind of freshness and spirituality
