It is great as a passion and believe ke once you go to mountains, you belong to them. just book your first trip and further you can ask the organizations to employ you there as an instructor or some volunteer. I have tried that, I got to go on many trekks and I learned a lot of things from those expeditions before I started my professional life. Believe me, those were the best days of my life till date
