Yes there are many ..currently in which we are staying is goshen home stay (cherrapunji ) and rooms are available here. It is near orange restaurant.

I don't know whole about the Meghalaya but yeah if you are visiting Dawki ( Indian-bangladesh border), then it is the best place to do a night stay there. I have a contact number of a guide who will take you to the camp site and he will take care of all the logistics there...
