Nooo, here in chennai there is no rule for quarantine, you can easily visit here but you have to apply a travel pass to get exit from airport. Sometimes they will not ask for the travel pass but sometimes they ask. After exit from airport you can travel anywhere

No rules. Apply and carry your epass, show it before exit counter and move on
