Hi, If u r interested in treks then Sandakphu trek will be great as it covers Sikkim, West Bengal and even Nepal.

North East is known as seven sistersandone brother.You focuson each state one by one.If you want to visit Meghalaya..you keep at least seven to eight days. One should spare two days for Nongriat trek .It special spot is Rainbow falls,which is visible only in morning hours.
How to reach there..........From your destination to Cherapunji then you can start your trek.Better to take a guide with you this is my personal advise.
