Yes it is, you just need to take care of covid protocol if any applicable at the time of entering Goa. Rest once entered, Goa is as usual and already re-opened since last month and everything operating as normal with Mask on face. I was there for around 2 month b4 leaving on 2nd Oct and experience almost all as usual and normal. Thanks

Yes it is safe. but there are some bad roads on the journey if you are going to take Mumbai to Goa via Pen and Nagothane.

October is one of the best times to visit Goa. The weather is cool and you can enjoy the beaches too.
