Hi Shivapriya You can stay in hostel Locomo. I have been to Jodhpur and I stayed in thi hostel. It's very neat and clean and cheap.

Have you tried Air bnb. You can have an entire house instead of cramping in a single hotel room. Often its cheaper also to rent an entire house instead of multiple hotel rooms. If only two people are going then, its best to search hotel rooms only.

Other then these there are mid budget hotels like, Lords inn, Park plaza, Zone by park etc which are business hotels ranging from 3500 to 6000
Then there is a heritage category hotels which are situated in the vicinity of mehrangarh, these are old heritage houses converted to roof top hotels with a good evening view. Ranging from 2500 to 4000
