Hello Nishtha...Kedarnath trek is generally considered moderately challenging, but it depends on fitness level and stamina.
In my opinion anyone can do this trek, but with preparation before the trek. Start doing exercises to boost stamina and be prepared both physically and mentally.
Also while trekking stay hydrated and acclimatize properly before the trek. Carry dry fruits, protein bars, and energy drinks to stay energetic throughout the trek.
If you feel that you are unable to complete the trek you can even opt for pony/palki services, as it is available along the trekking route.
The trek is not just a mission to reach the temple but to explore the divine path to the sacred shrine, passing through the rivers, mountains, and scenic views of nature.
