Right now its almost closed everywhere. No conveyance u ll get to reach ur destination although local market is opening from 9 to 2pm but no certain guidelines have been provided yet. in coming weeks Uttrakhand and Himachal might plan to loosen up some restrictions but u ll need rtpcr negative reports with u or certificate for two jabs of vaccine.
