No they are treated exactly the same way as other fellow travellers. The only things is that they write much more than we do as it is their job and sometimes even travel more, thus getting more stories.

Yes because they are members and getting more travel itineraries also they have more stories to write in their blogs so that they will earn more. But it does not mean you cant earn with same way you can write more and earn.
