It's open for Indians.
It's open for Indians. Take Visa from Embassy and for that you need an invitation letter that can be obtained through a travel agent. You can visit Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Sochi, and if possible Yakutsk - the most coldest part in Russia have temperature of -45 degree Celsius or even less.
