Looks like light snow is prevailing in Gulmarg Gondola phase 2. You could do skiing, sledging, build snow man, view LOC border, try cable car ride, view peaks of Arafat peaks.

Was there last week, 2nd phase was close due to weather, n if u are planning to visit pls go in morning 7 bcs there is 3hr long queue for gandola ride.

You can find snow at gulmarg phase 2 apart from gulmarg, you can visit sinthan top for snow even in the month of June
