Sure a moment thing..though you might get scared a bit when you are about to jump...so just close your eyes and take few deep breaths..then just jump or tell someone to push you...after doing it first time you will surely want to do again...
Hi Aditya I did bungee twice from rishikesh( the last one a few months back). It was a thrilling experience. You can get more details of the package of Jumpin Heights Rishikesh on their website. They have trained professionals who will guide you with jump technique . They also take care of the safety by checking the bungee at various points before jump. Only con is that you have to pay extra for the video. And they won't allow you to carry GoPro or any other camera while jumping But still worth it :) Go give it a try
