Hi Rohit, I would suggest staying in old Manali as they have better cafe and less people, best of both worlds.

Go to Vashist temple also to enjoy hot springs, specially at this time of the year and naggar castle is also a must visit place, so go there as well, rest well said old Manali is the best to stay and hang around place hey and also visit hidimba temple , it's very close by for people staying in old manali
