I have been already visited to himachal and if you are planning to visit i will help you out with the routes starting from delhi to shimla,shimla to manali.
I went there for 7 days trip starting from delhi.
First day in delhi we have visited all the old monuments in cab and it will take auround 800-1000 for cab on day basis.In night we started travelling to shimla.
Second day in shimla early in the morning we refreshed in the busstand itself and we have booked a cab for 1500 for a day to travel to places in shimla and if you are visiting to shimla river rafting and zip line is the things to do.In night we started travelling to manali.
Third day in manali caution:take sweaters with you if not u will face a severe cold in manali this is based on experience.we relaxed ourselves for the day with hot springs near our hotel.
fourth day we went for paragliding and skating and the packages will be there you can enquire from the hotel staff.
Fifth day we have enjoyed the cold staying in the hotel and relaxed ourselves for the day.
Sixth day most memorable day snow fall we haven't seen the snow fall in our lifetime and it feels great.In night we have returned to Chandigarh for the flight to banglore. And trip has ended in banglore.
