I am surely coming for the fest. Yet to decide on the dates though.It has been on my bucketlist for long.Although I have got a rough idea of the timeline, I still am not fully clear about many things.

North-Eastern states are not only amazing in terms of their natural beauty but also for vibrant regional festivals. Planning to visit Hornbill Festivals? Do go for shopping to purchase traditional Naga shawl and souvenirs made up of bamboo. If you a non-vegetarian and comfortable in eating pork then just go for it. For vegetarians, it is advisable to carry some packed eatables before reaching Hornbill Festival. I will suggest you take LLP from respective govt. before goinh there. UpvoteCommentHello Sunny, the Hornbill festival begins on the 1st of December and will last till 10th. The International Rock fest will be held in Dimapur while the rest of the events will be held in Kisama, some 20-30mins drive from Kohima,the capital. There is night carnival every night along the main town streets, trips to Dzukou valley where you can camp there for a night or two. And there is just so much more.
