Why to go by ferry if its connected with road.
Baratang has road connectivity.
it will take 3 to 3 1/2 hrs to reach Baratang from Port Blair. Road is from Jarawa Reserve Forest area. If lucky you will see some Jarawan tribals while going through forest. You will feel like you are going through hilly area. one way bus fare 250/-
one day ony taxi booking will cost around 3500/- to 5000/-
Places to visit in Baratang:
Limestone Caves,
Mangroos Walk and boat ride(both are on the way to limestone caves)
Mud Volcano
Parrot Islands

Through ferry, No. By road yes. I went there by a hired taxi for Rs. 4500/- two way. The road through the Jarawa reserve forest is beautiful. My experience : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EaTWrxMhN_Y
