Yes I traveled Pachmarhi MP in December 2020 and Goa in March 2021. You have to follow several precautionary measures like Evaluating personal situation and risks before planning any trip. Advance Planning - Hotel booking etc Choose transportation methods carefully.
Keep human contact at a minimum
Carry your own water, sanitizer and mask while traveling.

Yes i travelled to jodhpur during diwali as we got to know that this place has low covid ratio but on the last day of our trip we got to know that the jodhpur has reported highest case in Rajasthan due to local diwali shopping (not cause of tourist as mostly every tourist place was close even we hardly find any good restaurant open )
