Hey Rahul, Yes, camps are usually available at the top on rent. But during these chilly and snowy days first, confirm it from the starting point of the trek ( Kalga or Barsheini). This is my itinerary of Parvati Valley : https://www.tripoto.com/trip/covertheparvativalleyin7days-5bab66898dbe9?ref=mobwapp&source=awp Happy travelling!!!!

On the top, No during winter season you have to take our own tent and pitch it for the night as long as you get a permit from Shamshi Forest Department located just 2km From Bhuntar. Another option is to do a day hike to Kheerganga and stay in the village just below called Kalga. Kalga is a beautiful small village with a few lovely guesthouses. We stayed one night in Kalga before our trek at a guest house called Gypsy House, it was Rs250 including food. Happy Travelling!!
