Completely depends upon the snowfall...I think Skying and paragliding must be open in Solong valley during the time.

Hey Rahul, In December, most adventure sports are usually open. However, if there is too much snowfall, they may be closed. if you're planning to visit Rohtang Pass, please know that it will definitely be closed during that time.
