I believe it's a travel aggregator like travel triangle or thrillophilia. They'll put you in touch with the body who'll do the arrangements but perhaps won't be answerable if things go haywire.

I agree with you both!! also not so agree with you because tripoto has famous travellers and community so there's very less chance or minor chance of any haywire or etc
