Hands down some of the most beautiful (and clean) beaches that I have seen in India are in Gokarna and Kanyakumari. Gokarna has that slow, hippie vibe. You can explore the beaches, the food around in some gorgeous cafes, you can go for beach hike or fort hike and ofcourse you can explore the main city. Kanyakumari is a laid-back, traditional city. The beaches are beautiful, there are some wonderful touristy places to explore around and even places close by city like Padmanabhapuram Palace to explore. People are really friendly at both these places, food is amazing and sunsets are just mesmerizing to look at. Happy Traveling! :)

Yes, you may find the best beach all over India but I must suggest Odisha Puri sea beach which is the most beautiful beach in India. I have recently visited this amazing place and stayed for some days in wonderful resort. I booked my room from Toshali Sands Resort and this was really a memorable holiday for me.

Enter Marari Beach. a Clean beach in Kerala, India, resembles a stunning artwork by a well-known artist. The coconut palm trees are arranged in a line as though they were attentive sentinels defending the shore. The Arabian Sea tides saunter in and out, adding further significance to the heavy palm cover, grass, and, finally, sand that take centre stage. also read for more Info: https://www.indianeagle.com/traveldiary/clean-beaches-in-india-kerala/
