In Aisa, you can visit Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesian islands, Srilanka and all In Europe, for Solo and good for your pockets are Belgium, Greece, Spain, The Netherlands... The Netherlands is preferred with friends to have someone beside you when you try Cannabis though!!!

As all others have mentioned to start with a solo trip from india, any country in the southeast asia would be affordable and safe like Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia, Oman, Turkey, Dubai, Vietnam also Hong kong is a nice place for a solo self exploratory solo trip.
