From Wengen Switzerland you get to view the lovely Alps. I had view of the Alps from a coffee shop in Lucerne and another view of the same mountain from Interlaken.

If you really wish to walk on a glacier, nothing can be better than Jungfraujoch and Mount Tiflis in Switzerland.
