Go to Palawan island.
Best beaches are in El Nido and Coron.
El Nido has beautiful diving and snorkeling sites while Coron has gorgeous beaches and lagoons.
Borocay is another nice one but could be a little crowded.
Siargao is upcoming destination and hence free from crowd and is more raw and pristine. For beautiful Rice field Terraces:
