Hello Ashtosh,
We all love to travel in December, no?
So same to me. Anyway, we can share our collection about the travel during December.
What about Norway?
I first visited Bodo a few years ago as part of a vacation to the Lofoten Islands. I flew into Bodo in the morning, ate lunch, and then boarded a ferry to Lofoten. On the way back, my ferry arrived late at night, and I flew back to Oslo early the next morning. To put it another way, I didn't see much of Bodo on my first visit.https://travellifo.com/09-reasons-visit-to-bodo-on-your-trip-to-norway05th-one-is-awesome/
For the first time, I traveled to Bodo by overnight train from Oslo to Trondheim, which was my first time sleeping on a Norwegian train. The sleeper costs 930 kroner in addition to the ticket price and sleeps two people (uncomfortably, even if traveling alone, you must reserve the entire compartment). As a result, if you're traveling with a friend, it's well worth it! I've taken a few sleepers over the years, but this was possibly the best sleeping compartment I've ever seen.
Bodo’s street art:
Bodo has a pleasant atmosphere, which I believe is due in part to the incredible street art that adorns the city's core. The majority of the artwork is from UpNorth, an urban art-focused mobile art festival. International painters from the 2016 festival painted the sides of downtown Bodo buildings.
You can find a map of the UpNorth paintings here, and following it will take you on a pleasant stroll through the heart of Bodo.
So you can get brief idea of my experience and add some things for your travel diary.
