You can go To Goa;I visited the goa in Dec 2015.The beaches are decorated like a bride.At that time;the famous Sunburn festival also get organized there.You can go to cruise for the parties.And away from the beaches is peaceful,clean,less crowded area i.e. South Goa.Hire A scooty and wander all tha goa with the help of google maps.In other options;you can go to Jaiselmar and Rann of Kutch. Or if u want to see the snowfall go to Shimla or Manali.

I would suggest you to Goa for New Year party. The decorations, music, dance and overall environment will be amazing. People from many part of India as well as foreigners comes specially for New Year party.

This new year I made my plan to visit Kasol-Tosh-Manali.. You can also think about this plan, or you can visit other places, like Dharmsala, Goa, Pondicheri, Andaman, Ooty, Munnar, Nainital, Mussouri, Lonavala etc. etc. There are so many options for visit any where in India, in the month of December..

Hi Saurabh! Delhi offers wide range options to visit on long weekends and special occasions like New Year. Depending upon your budget, style of travelling (Adventure, backpacker or leisure), and area of interest (deserts, wildlife, treks, hill stations) you can choose from following places to go on New Year. You can anyway visit Challal, Tosh and Malana to avoid crowd at Kasol. Other places where you can visit are Bir, Dharamsala (stay at Naddi), Palampur, Kasauli, Landour, Kanatal. Want to explore deserts and heritage? visit Chanderi, Orchha, Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Bundi, Johdpur, Alsisar. Happy travelling!
