Hey Soumya, The best and peak time is from September to November and March to May. But you can also visit in Jan and Feb if you wnat to enjoy low temperature and snowfall. Happy travelling!!!

Hi Soumya October to December is the ideal time to visit Bhutan as the air is clear and fresh with sunny skies. January and February are colder, but from then until April the climate remains dry and pleasant

I just returned from Bhutan 3 days back. You can visit from sep-nov and jan -mar.
I went in the peak winter (DEC end) it was snowing there.If snow is your thing then even you can enjoy in DEC. If you are not able to handle too much of chill then I would suggest to avoid dec. For more queries you can reach me out.Bhutan is amazingly beautiful place.

Best time is March-May, i.e Spring and early Summer when you can see the valleys in full bloom, witness the Paro Tshechu festival and the weather is pleasant during this time.
