Nah. It's not open in March ever - if the purpose is to visit the temple/God. May is the best time or first half of Jun before rains pick up. Otherwise after the rains end - in October, just before it closes.
Kedarnath spiritual abode of India, is better to avoid travel during monsoons and winter. So May to June and September to October is the ideal time to visit Kedarnath.

According to the news, the kapat of Kedarnath Dham will open on 6th May'2022 and will be opened till 28th October'2022. â˘Avoid this place during monsoon season.
â˘Keep good amount of Winter clothes with you along with rain coat or Barsati, because rains are uncertain there. â˘Less luggage and more comfort will help you there in the trek.
