April - June is the best time to visit ladakh as per me becoz during these months the weather is awesome. Try to avoid going in winters and especially in monsoons due to :
1) harsh weather conditions
2) lot of landslides at hilly areas.

The best Time would be during summers that is from May till September. During winters there will be partial road blocking due to snow.
