Winter months. Anytime between December to March. February - March being the peak weather wise.

As Rajasthan is a very hot place so visiting in summer there might make to exhausted by the heat. Where as in visiting in winter may also not be the very perfect experience due to the cold and all that stuff , so it would be best to visit either it the starting of winters or the ending of winters so that you can have a proper experience of the place with traditional cold drinks and hot bonfire. Also the temperature is favorable to visit all the places you are wishing to.

November to February is an ideal time to visit Rajasthan which is called as cold months.

November or February. Soothing winters but not extremely chilly.
Worst time- Summers (April/May) or January (Peak winters)

Rajasthan is very beautiful but best time to visit in winters as in summer it's too hot.

The winter months.... weatherwise very comfortable and also you get to see plenty of festivals including the desert festivals in the winter months!!
