Hey Verma, Budget way is take a bus from Pathankot to Dharamshala then another bus from Dharamshala to Macleodganj. You will need to book a taxi only one time ( for local sight seeing of Dharamshala and Naddi). From Dharamshala you can book a taxi or take morning bus to Dalhousie. You can also do road trips but weather will be very cold and harsh so better is cabs or buses. Happy traveling!!!!
