Bhutan is going to levy tourism tax on Indians soon,this news came in NOV 2019. Anybody who can confirm when this is going to be imposed. I am planning a trip in March 2020.

From June 2020 Bhutan apply for Indians that permit charge . I also plan go Bhutan when u go

Implemented by first week of Feb. let's say you pay around 2500 rs extra . not very much.
