If you are going in season time the cost of rs 3000 becomes rs 8000 so if you are go there for 1 week approximately rs 40k and if you are going in non season time then 25k is enough until and unless you are spending lots of on luxury

By bike ,car or train...you can go up to delhi by train and hair a bike for kashmir...that was the cheapest way ....budget maximum 15k
