Hi. I had been to kotagiri last year. https://www.tripoto.com/trip/motorbike-road-trip-to-kotagiri-5a8ce0501ef96 We had stayed in a place called the oak valley resort. It was cheap, clean, and served amazing food. And the best of all, the place where it is situated - Heavens. Hope this helps.
