Hey Kanika, Bhutan is a good option. I would suggest you to spend just on tickets and cut off the expenses for stay by staying in Hostels. It is the best way to save money as well as you get a lot of exposure in terms of networking. You would also get some good solo travelers to accompany you for the rest of your travel. I never stay in hotels because first, it is not safe and second, it is no fun at all as a solo traveller. Try Hostelworld or Booking.com.
