When you publish your trip you get credits for the same which can be redeemed in terms of trips.

Go to "Get Paid to Travel" Wection from top left options list and check there are currently 3 trips available there you can redeem credits after selecting any trip . Redeem button will be available in the trip.

Check for the trips in the Credit Redemption Opportunities in Get Paid to Travel section....
