Himachal is an ideal place to travel in July. The weather is cool though not chill, but it is rainy season during this month. Second best spot would be Goa for its monsoon time where you get to see lovely greenery and feel cool waters. As far as Thailand is concerned July is called as hot month inspite of rains. There will be a drop in temperature but sultryness won’t leave the air. So my advise would be, Himachal or Goa for if you are a traveller to enjoy rains you should travel now. Definitely plan a trip to Thailand soon.

Goa is a good place to visit in monsoon - i am talking about South goa which provides you with more than beaches... places you should not miss in South Goa are -Dudhsagar falls -Salaulim dam -Butterfly beach -Cabo de rama fort -Bhagwan mahaveer wildlife Sanctuary -Pequeno island -Mystic woods- Butterfly park -go for Mangrove kayaking

My pick amongst the three would be Goa as it is in it's full glory during the monsoons. If you are not a party person and like the quite seaside more, you should definitely go to South Goa - Palolem beach, Butterfly beach, etc. You can go kayaking in the evening sun, trust me it is one of the best stressbusters.
