Hey pramod, I'll be happy to answer your travel queries from my side π.
*goa will be best place if you want some relaxing weekend tour .there's much more things to do and relaxation is best part of it .
*Madgaon is in South Goa and there are absolutely no touristy places like baga ,Candolim beach ,etc ,you would need to head towards Colva ,mobor, cavelossom etc which is hardly 25 mins ride from madgaon.
*South Goa has best beaches for relaxation, nature and silence.and don't miss out eating at Martin's corner, fisherman's wharf and Johnny's.
*if you want quality time and where you can enjoy both beautiful beaches and partying (lesser than north goa),you can head to extreme south parts like paloelem or rajbag beach .
*paloelem beach has best snacks and eateries in goa and many are run by English and Italians where you get est food .
*you can book good deals from here .I just checked online and found that there are some great deals for goa available on tripoto itself.

Two days in Goa is too less. And considering that you will be travelling from Madgaon which is in the center of Goa, you will have to travel at least for 2 hours to reach anywhere, where tourists go.
If you could answer the below questions, I can help you a bit more:
What are you looking for in Goa? Parties/Quiet Beaches/Both
Where are you traveling from?
How are you traveling to Goa? Bus/Train/Plane
Hi Pramod, I'm attaching with this comment a destination guide for Goa. You can go through it and plan your trip acording. 2 days are less for goa and none of the itineraries you will find will have such short itineraries.
Two days, though a short duration, is enough to get a taste of goa and relax. Palolem Beach, Varca Beach, Cavelossim Beach, Benaulim, Majorda are some of the best beaches. Stay in any of the beaches. Hire a bike/scooter and just beach hop ... it is the perfect way to explore Goa. My fav is Benaulim as it tends to be less crowded. See the Church of Holy Spirit, Our Lady of Grace church, and Sri Damodar temple for a break from beaches. See my latest goa article here: https://www.tripoto.com/trip/a-complete-goan-4-days-holiday-islands-a-rural-stay-and-beach-sunsets-5c2f4583dadbc
2 days in Goa. I would say if you are looking for some peace stick to south Goa and if you are looking for some fun head to north Goa..!! 2 days too less..!! In south Goa you can go and relax in beaches, I like the mobor beach. plus you can visit the BOM JESUS BASILICA church. Very popular!!! And you can visit famous restaurants like MARTINβS cornor βπ»βπ»
Rent a scooty in Madgaon and cover the south goa beaches, church in panaji, Dauna Paula etc. By the evening, head towards north goa beach and party hard there full night. Next day, by the afternoon, visit the goa fort and other markets. In night again go on the beach and party hard. some popular party beaches are-
Baga
Condolim
Calangute
Anjuna
Vagator etc.
Hire a scooty from Madgaon railway station and start the journey. Doing both south and north goa is not possible. If you want peace and serenity you choose south and if you want the party and night life then north.
Though Baga beach is more hyped but there are even more better beaches in north goa like colva agauda beach.
