Dusshera is happening in kullu right now, the greatest festival in kullu.

Yes you can do paragliding,river rafting
it will cost around 600 for each sport
but it would be a great fun for sure

I recently visited Kullu. Except for a few temples there is no such spots to visit. You can go for River Rafting there in stead. It's worth experiencing.
