February is the best time to travel to North India. From Himachal, Uttrakhand, Rajasthan or Punjab you can pick any destination that suits your travel style. I prefer mountains with soothing middays and bit cold mornings and evenings. This is even the best time when you can explore the cities of Rajasthan like Jaipur, Udaipur and more.
