If it's possible, either go for Udaipur or plan your trip for 3 days as jodhpur trip is enough for this duration. Refer to my trip to Udaipur if you plan for the same.

Jodhpur 1 and half day is more than enough...u can plan Jaisalmer along with it

1 night ans 2 days is more than sufficient for jodhpur. then you can go to Jaisalmer 280km from jodhpur by bus, train, or your own vehicle.
