The US National Park Service offers free entry to all of its more than 400 sites on five days in 2022, including January 17th (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day), April 16th (The first day of National Park Week), and August 4th (Anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act). Additionally, similar free entry days are scheduled for 2023. These include January 16th (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day), April 22nd (The first day of National Park Week), and August 4th (Great American Outdoors Day).

Washignton most attractive places in Washington, D.C., and the most interesting things you can do there. President George Washington appointed Pierre-Charles L’Enfant to design the city. Pennsylvania Avenue which connects the White House and the Capitol Building (two iconic buildings in Washington) is the most important area here. Both the Capitol and the White House are accessible to visitors. There are many dozens of other tourist attractions such as world-class museums and important monuments. There are many parks to entertain. Zoological Park is one of my favourite parks in the places which I have visited. Due to its excellent visitor experience, leadership in animal care and sustainability, and other attractive features, the National Zoo is one of the top zoos in the world and another desirable location in Washington. There, 2,000 different species of mammals, birds, and reptiles may be found. The most popular creatures here are giant pandas. Red pandas, Sumatran tigers, western lowland gorillas, cheetahs, Asian elephants, North Island brown kiwis, and white-naped cranes are some of the zoo's other standout animals.
