The main town side is mostly crowded, the hippie island has more peace. Sunset point and monkey temple are good places. You can also go rock climbing nd roping there.

Hi you can try trekking to Matunga hills which is great place to witness sunrise. you can also try Virapura gadde which is also called as Hippie island.

Malyavanta hill is a kind of offbeat in Hampi... But you can't expect offbeat kind of places in Hampi, as most of the places there are considered as must visit... But you can visit TungaBadhra dam which is on the other side of Hospet...
