I had asked my pals the same question. So we decided to travel to Kufri, because even in shimla its quite hot during the day , specially this time. However, after some search,we discovered Mashobra, a shimla suburb located 12 kilometres away. You won't be let down, trust me on that. You will fall in love with this destination because of its beauty, cosy weather (far colder than in Shimla), and picturesque views. It is coming from a person who is just a freak for exploring such beautiful places. And there are so many beautiful cottages and chalet that you can book there, and enjoy the chirping of birds, morning mist, and cool breeze. SoI would definitely suggest you to give MASHOBRA a shot.If you need any help with the accommodations, I am happy to help further if you prefer. I am aware of a better location. I hope this is useful.
